1. Service Purpose
CounselBrief assists lawyers, legal teams, and compliance teams in drafting legal briefings, client alerts, regulatory updates, and internal memos. App output is drafting support only and does not replace professional judgment.
2. User Inputs and Authorization
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the right to use all source materials and for managing confidentiality, personal information, and third-party rights in those materials.
3. Review of Generated Content
Users are responsible for final review, editing, fact-checking, and approval of generated content. Any content used for external distribution, client delivery, or internal decision-making should be reviewed by qualified counsel or professionals.
4. Service Limitations
CounselBrief uses AI models and public-source research to assist drafting, but it should not be treated as a legal database, automated citation validation system, or complete legal research platform. Generated content may contain omissions, errors, or outdated information, and users should review it against the source text, applicable law, and the relevant facts.
5. Subscriptions and Features
Some features may require a subscription or in-app purchase. Prices, benefits, and renewal rules are shown in the App Store.
